Kondor is one of the UK’s largest distributors of mobile phones and accessories. To coincide with new UK legislation regarding the use of mobile phones in vehicles, Kondor asked Gekko to devise an effective in-store training campaign for T-Mobile stores. The principal aims being to educate staff on the new legislation and how Kondor accessories benefit consumers.

Results

All T-Mobile stores were successfully visited with over 600 sales staff trained on the new legislation and the Kondor range, resulting in over 20% increase in like for like sales post training.
