Casual Tactical employees have the benefit of flexible working hours and can be utilised on various ad-hoc merchandising, demonstrating, product training and mystery shopping. To qualify for our Tactical team you will need daily access to the internet, your own transport, be presentable and have good communications skills.
For all full time vacancies, whether a permanent or contract basis, individual requirements for the roles are specified, however please note that when applying for any position where a company car is to be issued, failure to disclose any driving offences at the time of the initial discussions may result in rejection at interview stage.
All employees will be employed on a PAYE basis, with monies being paid directly to Bank/Building Society account by BACS transfer.
Tactical employees are paid upon submission of weekly timesheets and authorised expenses will be reimbursed upon production of the relevant receipts.
Contracts of Employment
All permanent staff will be issued with a Contract of Employment prior to commencement of their role. Tactical employees will be issued with a Casual Agreement detailing the terms and conditions of their employment. Allocation of activity is dependent on receipt of accurately completed agreement.
