Job Title: HR Administrator
Job Type: Office Based
Job Status: Permanent
Salary: £18,000 per annum
Location: Newbury

Gekko are a highly effective award winning agency creating imaginative results-driven Field Marketing solutions. We are currently recruiting for an HR Administrator based in our offices in Newbury to contribute to Gekko’s continued growth.

The main duties of this role will include:
  • To assist the Human Resources/Personnel Director with administrative tasks in a timely and professional manner.


  • This role will encompass all aspects of HR functions, including:

  • -Requesting and monitoring “Proof of Right to Work Documentation

    -Requesting and responding to Reference Requests

    -Issuing Contracts of Employments and ancillary documentation

    -Issue and acceptance of staff appraisal forms

    -Preparation for “New Starter Induction” programmes


  • You will be tasked with ensuring that deadlines are met and correspondence issued, whether via post or email is professional, accurate and informative.


  • Your attention to detail and ability to prioritise in order to meet tight deadlines is paramount to the development of this role.
