Client Account Administrator
The Gekko Group provide field marketing solutions for leading technology brands throughout the UK and Ireland.
We are looking for someone to join our Head Office team in Newbury. An ideal position for an office junior/school leaver with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage your time effectively to provide administrative support to a fast paced team.
Working within Client Services you will be responsible for assisting with the smooth running of our brands field marketing campaigns, your responsibilities will include however will not be limited to;
Briefing and booking staff to selected activity
Creating field staff documentation, monitor/record staff performance, check and evaluate data and compile reports
Support the team with back office administration to facilitate smooth working practices
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate the following skills/experience;
Experience in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent written/verbal communication skills
Ability to manage time effectively
A keen attitude, willing to learn and get stuck in
