Client Account Administrator
Gekko field marketing provides imaginative, results-driven solutions for market leading technology brands throughout the UK and Ireland. We are looking for an Administrator to join our highly effective team in Newbury.
This opportunity is suited to an experienced administrator looking to develop their career within a growing and diverse organisation. We are looking for an Administrator with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, ability to manage time effectively and add value to the team.
Reporting into our Account Director you will be responsible for assisting with the smooth running of our brands field marketing campaigns. Working alongside our tactical client services team, responsibilities will include however will not be limited to;
- Booking staff and providing administrative support through liaising with clients, field and Head Office staff to facilitate smooth working practices
Execute campaigns to maximum effect; creating field staff documentation, monitor staff performance, check and evaluate data and compile reports
Be involved with the deployment, development and ongoing management of our clients to strategically effect change in the channel and to demonstrate a clear return on investment
Supporting the Account Director with back office support to facilitate smooth working practices
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate the following skills/experience;
Experience in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent written/verbal communication skills
Ability to manage time effectively
