Gekko are an award-winning field marketing agency specialising in technology brands and we are looking for someone to join our lively and friendly head office team in Newbury. Working alongside the Client Services and Field Manager Teams you would be providing administrative support to the Field Managers helping to manage the Field Staff participating in our field marketing campaigns.

A significant part of your role is keeping in contact with and providing feedback to the field teams. The ideal candidate is someone who can build strong relationships with field staff, through excellent written and verbal skills, you will be communicating through multiple methods such as phone, email and social media.

Your duties would include the preparation of and the distribution and collection of uniform and equipment to the field; preparing documentation for training events; working closely with the Field Managers to monitor and distribute feedback to field staff; supporting our Team Leaders through the planning and preparation of their field visits; and general admin support.

The successful candidate will be able to manage their time effectively and will be confident in using the Microsoft office suite, including excel and have strong attention to detail. The ability to build relationships with field staff through verbal and written communication is key to your success.

We are looking for someone who is keen to get involved, learn as they go and develop their skill set. The role is suitable for someone new to Field Marketing. In return, we will support and develop you to grow, offering regular training.
