Gekko launches new AI feature to boost field team efficiency and effectiveness

NEWBURY, UK – July 29, 2025 – Gekko, a leading customer experience and retail marketing agency, today announced the launch of AI Summary, a powerful new feature within its flagship Opus data collection application. Designed specifically to help field teams be more efficient, and building on Gekko’s experience with AI applications, this innovative new tool boosts productivity by transforming visit notes into actionable summaries.

Developed in-house, AI Summary leverages Google Cloud’s state-of-the-art Vertex AI platform to generate clear, secure, and insightful summaries of a user's most recently synchronised client visit within the Opus app. This allows field professionals to quickly review key points and highlights from previous interactions, saving valuable time and ensuring they are fully prepared for any follow-up actions. The new feature is seamlessly integrated into the Opus application and works across both iOS and Android devices.
