Gekko Group is recruiting for a National Sales Manager to lead and drive the development and management of a nationwide team, taking ownership of and celebrating efficient boosts to sales performance and brand excellence. Representing a global computing brand, you will play a crucial role in the continued success across the nationwide retail landscape.
Your Package:

A salary of £42,000 per annum, plus 10% performance bonus

Company car or car allowance with additional expenses

Full time, 12 month contract (Monday - Friday, with weekend availability on a limited basis)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the team of Regional Managers to deliver efficient operations across field and sales teams, travelling to support where and when required.

Drive sales development and implement effective performance management and process enhancement.

Collaborate closely with retail partners to maintain and enhance brand excellence across all channels.

Foster key stakeholder relationships across the retail channel, collaborating with account management and training teams for a seamless training and engagement experience
Sound like you? We’re looking for:

Proven experience managing personnel (desirably in a field or retail environment)

Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.

Adaptability in a fast-paced environment, effectively prioritising tasks and establishing achievable deadlines.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, alongside an understanding of the retail landscape in consumer electronics. Prior knowledge and experience of the computing category is advantageous.
