Tactical Field Manager

Ready to lead the charge on building tactical sales teams for an evolving, progressive Marketing Agency.

Gekko Group is looking for an experienced Regional Field Manager to join our team. This is your chance to lead the way in building motivated and reliable tactical sales teams and sharing your knowledge about how to cut through in a competitive landscape.

You will be a dynamic results driven field based Regional Manager leading and inspiring our talented field teams to deliver outstanding results for a wide range of technology clients.

Your Package

  • Salary up to £32,000 DOE + 10% bonus scheme

  • Company Car/Car Allowance

  • Full time (Wednesday- Sunday) 12 month contract

  • 22 days paid holiday (per annum) (increasing to 25 days based on tenure) + bank holidays + buy & sell holiday options.

Your Role

  • Leading, motivating and managing our field teams to be the best and ensure our clients are represented to a high standard across the retail estate.

  • Manage your region to agreed targets ensuring targets are achieved against agreed KPI’s and make decisions address concerns and make decisions

  • Develop store relationships at all levels from management to Sales Advisors and keeping the relationship strong and buoyant throughout protecting both Gekko Group and our brands reputation

  • Ensure your team are driving knowledge and advocacy across their designated store to create category leaders through sales

  • Be the day to day contact for your team and on hand to support and mentor as required and identified

  • Provide regular feedback to the Account Director on your region's performance and strategy for improvements, if required.

Sound like you? We’re looking for:

  • Leadership ability gained at retail or sales management level, in either technology or luxury retail

  • Analytical approach to strategically managing sales and targets to achieve and exceed targets

  • An ability to influence, build relationships and performance manage to achieve results

  • Experience leading and motivating a team, building strong external and internal relationships.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Full UK driving licence

This position offers a 12 month contract and is field based covering the Midlands region.
